Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 90 business days. Simply send an email to service@nurzviy.com to get the return label in this case.
If the purchase date is over 90 business days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end.

Yes, the Delta max user manual states it will handle up to 800w solar panel input. 400w panels typically generate much than 350w due to angles of sun and heat etc., you can even use 2 panels to charge it.

A good sized solar panel that was easy to set up and charges by emergency battery pack without a problem. Very pleased.
I really like this panel. Its heavy at 30 pounds but Im getting 380w at 1:30pm on 6 November in Phoenix. The stands are sturdy and have velcro to secure the panel to it. The case holds the panel and the stands separately. Its very quick to set up and tear down. Comes with adapters in case youre not connecting to solar cables. I quite like this panel
I own a handful of different sized portable solar panels from 100W - 300W. I wanted just one panel that could reliably charge up a 100Ah 12V battery even in the winter with less hours of sun and lower efficiency due to the sun being lower in the sky. Solar panels generally produce about 70%-80% of their rated power so I figure a 400W panel should produce somewhere around 75% or 300W. That should charge a 100Ah battery in about 4 hours.
This solar panel has a unique design I haven't seen before. Instead of making each of the 4 panels rigid with an attached leg behind it to prop it up the way most are made, this one uses stand-alone black metal racks which the more flexible panels sit on. This design has some benefits and drawbacks.
One big benefit is that the rack can be set up and left out while at a camp site. The rack can be staked down with 3 included stakes so leaving it in place is easier than repositioning and re-staking it the next day. It also allows you to use the same sun angle you calculated the day before which eliminates the step of getting it set up right every day at a certain site.
The panels themselves are much more flexible than the semi-rigid ones used in my other portable panels. This makes the stand essential as there's just no way they'd stay in position without it. The panels are so flexible that I do wonder if they might warp over time in the hot sun or stored in the included zippered case. I can't tell about that but will try to remember and update this review if I run into any issues with panel warping.
The panel has a MC4 connector coming off the panel and also includes an adapter with MC4 on one end and 4 different connector types on the other end. There are no USB ports on the back of the panel inside the zippered pouch as are found on most of the portable solar panels I own. This is slightly disappointing as I find USB ports on a solar panel very handy for charging other devices while the main power bank is charging. It's not a huge deal though.
Overall I really like the unique design of this solar panel. I feel like it's a good option to consider, especially if you're using it in a place where you can leave the stands set up for multiple days at a time.
After unboxing this incredible solar panel, I was immediately captivated! The sight of this magnificent product fueled my excitement for camping trips where I could enjoy some of the comforts of home in the great outdoors.
Let me tell you, these panels are truly impressive! They deliver a substantial amount of power, and while they were a bit heavy, I managed to get some help with the setup. However, there was a bit of a hiccup when we couldn't locate the stand.
Surprise! The stand is actually the case itself. While it sounded like a clever idea on paper, the reality fell short. Using the case as a stand makes it vulnerable to damage since its exposed. This oversight definitely impacted the overall experience.
Despite this, my honest review is that these solar panels are fantastic, but the stand design could use some serious improvement.

All in all, I truly think these solar panels are a worthwhile investment, but I had to share those few drawbacks. Still, I would absolutely recommend them to others with the caveat of those minor issues. This product has the potential to enhance any outdoor adventure!
This portable solar panel is different from all my previous portable units I have and Ive had. None of the other portable panels had a framed stand to position the panel towards the sun most used a kickstand with the exception of EcoFlow. EcoFlow used the carrying case as a stand which worked in most situations but was not as sturdy as this stand. This metal framed stand can be secured with ropes and/or stakes so the frame can be left outside overnight while the panel is taken inside. Setting up the next day if youre camping is just a matter of unfolding and connecting your solar panel to your solar generator.
The case has a nice rubberized zipper it fees well constructed not like most other brands. The kit comes with a multi plug adapter that converts the MC4 solar connector to 4 of the most common inputs to power stations. I havent been able to get measurements for efficiency and power production as the days have been cloudy or rainy lately. Overall I like the design and the compact yet still hefty weight of the panel plus solar generator that I need to pack along with cables.
