You have a maximum of 90 business days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 90 business days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 90 business days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 90 business days. Simply send an email to service@nurzviy.com to get the return label in this case.
If the purchase date is over 90 business days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.
The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

I love how customizable this EV charger is! The Smart Life app lets you easily adjust the charging current between 16A, 32A, and 48A, which is ideal when I don't need the full power.
Ive been using the Nurzviy 48A EV Charger for a month now, and it's been fantastic. The smart digital display and the adjustable amperage through the Smart Life app are perfect for managing my cars charging needs. I did have trouble connecting it to Wi-Fi initially, but I followed the advice of pressing the emergency stop button 10 times, and the charger worked like a charm after that. I love how simple it is to start charging with a quick card tap or via the app.
