Refund Policy
We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. We gladly accept returns within 90 business days from the date of your purchase.
You have a maximum of 90 business days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 90 business days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 90 business days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 90 business days. Simply send an email to service@nurzviy.com to get the return label in this case.
If the purchase date is over 90 business days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.
The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

1. Shipping to USA
Processing Time: The orders will be shipped out within 24 ~ 48 hours.
Shipping Method: Free Standard Shipping.
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days for delivery.
Please note: Free shipping is available for all regions within the continental United States. However, the following regions are not eligible for free shipping: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Marianas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States Of Micronesia, and Palau. The specific shipping fees will be determined based on the checkout page.
2. Shipping to Canada or Mexico
Processing Time: The orders will be shipped out within 3 business days.
Shipping Method: DHL International Shipping
Delivery Time: 7-10 business days for delivery.
Tax: Tax is covered by the buyer.
In addition to the above three countries, we do not support customers from other countries or regions in the world to purchase, please place an order carefully.
