Return and Refund Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if you're not 100% satisfied,  for any reason you want to return or exchange, we will agree to your application and process it. We've made the return process super easy. We gladly accept returns within 90 days (from the date you receive the product) to make a return. Note that there is no restocking fee.

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 90 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 90 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 90 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 90 days. Simply send an email to to get the return label in this case.

If the purchase date is over 90 days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end. 

How Do I Make A Return?

  • Please provide valid purchase vouchers, including purchase channel, order number, shipping tracking number and other information.
  • Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price and sales channel.
  • The defective item’s serial number (usually on the bottom of the product) and/or visible proof (e.g.: Pictures or short video) depicting the defect will be required.
  • 30-Day money-back guarantee not applicable on unpacked/used products. Please make sure the package is in good condition and will not affect the re-sale. In addition, the shipped orders cannot be refunded during transportation.

 When will I receive the refund?

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

When will I receive the exchange?

Once we receive the returned item, the exchanged item will be shipped to you within 7 business days.

Please kindly noted that if you prefer an exchange, we will cover the reship shipping cost.

Return Condition

  • You have 90 days to decide if the items are right for you if not, you can certainly come to us within 90 days of receipt.
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s damaged or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
  • Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
