Return and Refund Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if you're not 100% satisfied,  for any reason you want to return or exchange, we will agree to your application and process it. We've made the return process super easy. We gladly accept returns within 30 days (from the date you receive the product) to make a return. Note that there is no restocking fee.

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Do I Have to Pay for Shipping When I Return Something?

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and can vary depending on the location of the return. We will be responsible for the shipping cost in several situations: Item arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, product quality issues. We require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund.

How Do I Make A Return?

1. Please get in touch with Customer Service at service@nurzviy.com, providing a screenshot of your order details (including the order number), and indicating the item(s) you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated. For damaged or defective products, we require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.

2. Prepare the shipping label. Once the return request is approved, we will provide you a return address. Print your shipping labels or ask the carrier location for assistance. For damaged or defective products, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.

3. Pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and all accessories in the original shipment.

4. Drop off your package at a carrier location near you and ship the items to us. Once it ships, please contact us at service@nurzviy.com and tell us the tracking number. We will track the process and issue the refund to your original payment method after receiving the package.

 When will I receive the refund?

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

When will I receive the exchange?

Once we receive the returned item, the exchanged item will be shipped to you within 7 business days.

Return Condition

  • You have 30 days to decide if the items are right for you if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s damaged or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
  • Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
