You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?
Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 30 days. Simply send an email to email@example.com to get the return label in this case.
If the purchase date is over 30 days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end.
