You have a maximum of 90 business days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 90 business days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 90 business days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 90 business days. Simply send an email to service@nurzviy.com to get the return label in this case.
If the purchase date is over 90 business days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.
The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

This is without a doubt a high-quality fast charger that is well-built and very functional. Its cable is durable, of generous length, and a sufficient copper cross-section to handle 40A current. Display is somewhat basic, but app functionality is very good. It is capable of delivering lots of useful energy stats as well as fine-tuning and remotely controlling the charger. There are two keycard provided with the charger that you need to use in absence of an app. I did not quite like those because without them charger simply does not even start charging - you need to either click the card or connect an app to get it going. The emergency stop button is another nice addition on this charger. What I liked the most is its ability of fine-tuning charging current for the charger. It comes very handy if your outlet or electrical service requires some of that flexibility at your residence, just like my rental house does. Very good product overall, high quality and excellent performance. Highly recommend it.
We already had a 50A outlet in our garage, so installation was quick and easy. The charger itself is a bit heavy, but thats a testament to its quality build. Ive been using it to charge my Chevy Bolt, and it works perfectly. The charge speed is great, and the LCD display provides all the information I need. The cable is long and sturdy, and I appreciate the quality of the connectors. Im very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable charger for home use.
Ive been using this 40A charger for over a month, and Im very impressed. My car is always fully charged overnight, and the charging speed is consistent. The IP65 rating means I can feel comfortable using it outdoors, which is a big plus. The installation process was straightforward, and the instructions were clear. I was especially pleased with the quality of the cord and connector. It seems like a well-built product, and I have confidence it will last a long time. Id definitely recommend it to others looking for an affordable home charging solution.
I received the charger quickly. It arrived well packed, and in good condition. I read the manual. Half of the manual is what is included, safety, and troubleshooting and maintenance. The next few pages and installation (basically electrical connection and mounting). The operation section is ONE page of mostly simple diagrams, showing either charging with the app or the included RFID cards. I just wanted to plug it in and charge. The last page of the manual shows how to set up "plug and play". After setting up for "plug and play", it would charge once, but the next time the car displayed a charging error and the charger displayed a message indicating charging was complete. I downloaded the app. couldn't get it to connect. Communication with Support was always answered quickly!! Bottom line...It is a good charger!! but the manual does not have the information needed to set it up and operate. I did get all the information from their prompt and polite Support Team. A better would result in a 5 star review. What you need to know: The charger must connect to WiFI to update its software. to connect to WiFi You need the app. To connect the app to the charger, be sure bluetooth is on, push the reset button 10 times and use the app to add a new device and enter the WiFi name and password. Then you are going. (that should be in their manual!!) But I like the charger.

Ive been using the Nurzviy EVSmart charger for a few weeks, and Im so glad I bought it. The ability to schedule off-peak charging through the app has saved me a lot of money.
