Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. Please note that this timeframe includes weekdays and excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping within the USA:

Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. For specific shipping and delivery times for different products, please refer to the information provided on the product pages.

Shipping Method: We offer Free Standard Shipping.

Delivery Time: Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Note: Free shipping is applicable to all continental United States regions. Certain locations such as Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Marianas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States Of Micronesia, and Palau may incur additional shipping charges, which will be specified during checkout.

Shipping to Canada or Mexico:

Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

Shipping Method: DHL International Shipping.

Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Tax: Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only support shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We regret that we cannot fulfill orders from other international locations at this time.

Tracking Orders:

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Charges:

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel transactions at any time before Nurzviy begins the shipping process. The shipping process typically begins within 30 minutes of the placement of the order. If unable to cancel an order before shipping, customers can make returns in accordance with Nurzviy's Return Policy.

Returns

Items purchased from Nurzviy can be returned within 90 days of delivery. Please note that Nurzviy will not accept returns beyond 90 days of delivery (this excludes returns for defects or quality issues which can be accepted after inspection and approval by Nurzviy). Nurzviy 180-Day Return Policy

For returns of products purchased online at nurzviy.com, customers need to contact Nurzviy customer service within 90 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and have a return authorization number provided by Nurzviy. Proof of purchase must be provided by the customer to begin the return process.

Upon receiving your package, we kindly advise keeping the original packaging handy for any potential future needs.

Price Adjustment within 30 days

Items purchased from Nurzviy are eligible for our price adjustment policy. Nurzviy will provide the price difference in the currency that the order was paid in if the list price of the item purchased was reduced within 30 days of purchase in the same country or region. The shipment of your order will not be affected by applying for a price adjustment before you receive your item(s). You can request a price adjustment refund by sending email to service@nurzviy.com.

Items that are on clearance, promotions or no longer available, etc. may not be eligible for our price adjustment policy. Fees, including but not limited to shipping fees, will be excluded for any price adjustment calculation. Nurzviy reserves the right to the final interpretation of our price adjustment policy and the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time.
