Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 180 business days. Simply send an email to service@nurzviy.com to get the return label in this case.
If the purchase date is over 180 business days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.
