Step 1: Download the NURZVIY App
Before you can embark on your journey with NURZVIY, you'll need to ensure you have the right app. Head over to the Google Play Store for Android devices or the App Store for iOS devices and download the official NURZVIY app.
Note 1: If you have purchased the EV charger with a display screen, please use the Smart Life APP. The instructions in this blog do not apply to you.

Step 2: Register and Login
After you've successfully downloaded the NURZVIY app, it's time to create an account. Register with your credentials, and once that's done, log in to access the app's features.

Click "Connect" to initiate the pairing process.
Step 4: Follow App Instructions
As the app guides you through the setup process, be sure to:
Agree to enable Bluetooth if prompted.
Enable location services as required.
Input your Wi-Fi network name and password when prompted.
By following these steps and being persistent, you'll soon have your NURZVIY device successfully connected and ready to use.

Note 5: If you receive a "connect to charger" failure message, please retry, as the process may require 2-3 attempts, particularly on Apple devices due to their specific nature.
