Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 90 business days. Simply send an email to service@nurzviy.com to get the return label in this case.
If the purchase date is over 90 business days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.
The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

This power station doesn't have quite as many functions as others I've used as far as for example how long it will last under different loads. It DOES however have 2 different connectors for input and I really appreciate that. I have different solar panels and charging cables and many power supplies that output with power pole connectors so that makes this station easy to charge with the different power sources I already own.
