Note: Free shipping is applicable to all continental United States regions. Certain locations such as Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Marianas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States Of Micronesia, and Palau may incur additional shipping charges, which will be specified during checkout.

Shipping to Canada or Mexico:

Shipping Method: DHL International Shipping.

Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only support shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We regret that we cannot fulfill orders from other international locations at this time.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel transactions at any time before Nurzviy begins the shipping process. The shipping process typically begins within 30 minutes of the placement of the order. If unable to cancel an order before shipping, customers can make returns in accordance with Nurzviy's Return Policy.

Returns

Items purchased from Nurzviy can be returned within 90 days of delivery. Please note that Nurzviy will not accept returns beyond 90 days of delivery (this excludes returns for defects or quality issues which can be accepted after inspection and approval by Nurzviy). Nurzviy 180-Day Return Policy

For returns of products purchased online at nurzviy.com, customers need to contact Nurzviy customer service within 90 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and have a return authorization number provided by Nurzviy. Proof of purchase must be provided by the customer to begin the return process.

Price Adjustment within 30 days

Items purchased from Nurzviy are eligible for our price adjustment policy. Nurzviy will provide the price difference in the currency that the order was paid in if the list price of the item purchased was reduced within 30 days of purchase in the same country or region. The shipment of your order will not be affected by applying for a price adjustment before you receive your item(s). You can request a price adjustment refund by sending email to service@nurzviy.com.

Items that are on clearance, promotions or no longer available, etc. may not be eligible for our price adjustment policy. Fees, including but not limited to shipping fees, will be excluded for any price adjustment calculation. Nurzviy reserves the right to the final interpretation of our price adjustment policy and the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time.
