You have a maximum of 90 business days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 90 business days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 90 business days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Return shipping is free if the product you received failed to work within 90 business days. Simply send an email to service@nurzviy.com to get the return label in this case.
If the purchase date is over 90 business days, but you would like to make returns for any reason, the return shipping cost will be covered by your end.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 business days to process.
The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

Not too portable but they are definitely heavy duty. I am using these panels in a permanent setup. Getting around 350 watts per panel at peak time.
I really like the panel ad it works very well. The stand isn't so hot. It's very difficult to have it appear flat liek in the picture. It only has one stand which is the storage package.But the performance has been very good. I but a 1x1 board that spans the length to make it work. I'm going to make a stand so its not a magilla to get it the way it should stand up. Good panel though. I'm a senior and can pick it up myself. NOt as cumbersome as a rigid panel with 400W.
The 400W solar panel is compact, easy to store. The monocrystalline cells generate more power than I expected, even on cloudy days. I've been using it for months now, and it's held up beautifully. This panel is a great choice for RVers looking for reliable, portable energy.I also bought the 100w flexible solar panel from this store. My RV has limited space for solar panels, but the 100W flexible panel fits perfectly! I also tried installing it on my house roof,surpringly, it is very fitable,too. Very happy with this shopping.
I use the Nurzviy 400W solar panel on my boat, and its been a fantastic energy source. The IP67 waterproof rating is crucial for marine use, and Ive had no issues with performance even in saltwater conditions.However, it is a little heavy for me or other girls.
